Is it possible to access the locked elevator without the clear- or red-collared workers' "assistance"?

Who's to say you have to smash the door, anyway? An elevator has a shaft, yes? Why not break through the wall? Surely that's the weaker opponent, of the two.

An interesting proposal... but I have been told that this elevator is not bound to the natural laws of the world.

[She means it exists where it does not logically have enough space to, of course.]

My fear is that breaking through the wall nearby may not lead us to the same place the elevator would.

There's only one way to find out, dear, isn't there?

It may not, but then it may do exactly as you want it to. And if you go about it the usual way - through the door, that is - what exactly do you plan to do if it won't move for you?

Then that is the point where we shall attempt breaking through the walls of the Tower or the elevator itself.
