I know there's other magic-users here - I'm curious if any of you have tried to use your magic to get out of here. I've tried several times so far - different spells and locations, and only gotten my powers taken away and a lot of shocks for my trouble. [She scowls a bit, then huffs.] That said, trying to get out by force, even if it's magical seems to be a lost cause - so I'm wondering if anyone else might have some kind of alternative methods to consider using. Has anyone tried teleportation magic, for starters?

Believe me, I've tried my biggest spells and there's nothing that CANNOT BE ANNIHILATED BY VEIGAR!

That said... I have tried dimensional shifting and no go... This place is annoyingly irritating to an entire new degree.

I was thinking maybe bigger spells... but that didn't work out as planned either...

Hello, there. As I'd noted before to those inquiring, I am a Mage myself. I can't say I've tried forcing my way out with my own magic.

I've more been trying to gauge if it's feasible, first. Without a lot of knowledge regarding our situation beyond what we've been told... Acting too rashly could have dire consequences.

If you yourself have tried and received such results, it's not encouraging. I'm a combat Mage myself, so my magic is primarily centered around offense with some defense.

I've got a reasonable repertoire of spells, but I'm generally offensive.

You are right though in that seeking other means of breaching this Tower's defenses outside pure force is probably a path worth pursuing, though. And perhaps there's a way for those of us who focus on attack magic to support those with other abilities, or help them focus their talent?

Well I'm a magic user, but I haven't tried escaping yet at all. I've only just arrived, after all! But if destroying walls hasn't worked, it wouldn't be too far fetched to think that perhaps they have some kind of barrier up. If that's the case, couldn't they stop people trying to teleport? And even if it does work...do we know what's out there? What if we end up in a worse situation?

I tried using force a long time ago. Didn't really work out.

Um... I have a Keyblade which usually lets me open any kind of lock, but... well, there's not really a lock around here for me to try and open. Plus, I think if you teleport you'd just fall into the foggy abyss out there and die.

Well, we ain't gonna know if something works if it doesn't get tried - so if you got something that might work, go give it a shot.

You do that for me and tell me what happens, and I'll see about tellin' you what kind of info I get on teleportation.
