So Thanksgiving is coming up, at least for the country I was living in for a long time.

For those of you who don't know, there's a historical basis behind it but the main idea nowadays is to get together with family and friends, stuff your faces, watch sports, and think of things you're thankful for.

So, tower residents. What are you thankful for?

And I like it. It was always a little weird at home for me then, but the idea's still nice.

Those are all really good things. It's nice to have people in your life who make you happy. :)

I am glad my friend is here.

Thankful that I've lead a pretty exciting life. The fact that there's people from home here and no shortage of lovely women are also things that I'm mighty thankful for.

Another "American" holiday, right? What is this country, do normal days where you people actually work, and don't celebrate whatever accomplishment you're so full of yourself with, even exist?

Anyway I'm thankful that my world has been destroyed. I'm thankful that everyone back there is dead (most didn't deserve to live in the first place). I'm thankful to live in a tower full of monsters made of floors each more stupid than the others and controlled by five administrators whose cumulative IQs amount to that of a golden fish. I'm thankful for the tower's populace to have made me realize people from my world were actually not the most incompetent people to have ever existed. I'm also thankful for my life to have become once more what amounts to a badly written horror legend.

[ Sarcasm is hard to convey in written form, alas. ]

But more than all I'm thankful for the daily comic relief the network offers. You people are golden.

I'm thankful to still have some of my friends here with me, and all of the new ones I've met here too.

I think I'd rather be the one playing games than watching them on television.

I'm not really much of a sports person. Unless ambushing oni and demanding piggyback rides counts as a sport.
