'She' shyly averts her eyes and can't quite look at the camera at first then 'she' takes a deep breath and looks into the camera with renewed confidence. 'Her' filters should work after all. This programming prodigy has written the codes 'herself' after all and checked them numerous times. That doesn't stop 'her' from stammering though. This is so embarrassing! But it's been troubling 'her' for a while now and since 'she' has decided to be strong and not run away from anything anymore...]

A-ano... does... does anyone know how one can tell if... if a friendship is perhaps more than just a friendship? How do you tell if you perhaps like someone... more than a friend? How do you know if that person feels the same way or not? I...

I'm not sure how to tell your own feelings for sure, but couldn't you just ask them about theirs?

Can't really tell you for sure about how the other person's feeling. That's kind of hard to read from the get go. But... truth be told... I've been kind of wondering about that myself.

The bit about how you can tell if friendship's more than what you're feeling.

It's not just one thing that lets you know, I don't think. It's like...

How do you know? Umm...I guess you find out from the other person by asking them, but your own feelings - to be honest, I'm not sure. Never been in love...but usually people in love get all blushy and fluffy feelings inside.

It can be hard to sort out your own feelings. Perhaps the best thing is to not try so hard to do so alone. Why not talk to your friend about it? It may be easier to decide when both of you know of your thoughts.

They are also the first person I think of whenever I'm scared and I wish for them to be near as they make me feel very safe.
