What causes the power voids on certain levels of the tower?

How do we know what you're saying is all true? If this machine is complicated, why are the computer terminals we have access too this simple?

Unfortunately that's not my area of expertise, although I can tell you it has to do with how this tower is constructed.

What else would you want the terminals to do? Nothing else is really needed outside of this network system.

Easier access instead of having them just as key locations. Perhaps a portable model would be appreciated?
