Is it just me, or has a bunch of people been acting weird lately...? Also, I'm not the only one who's seeing weird things on the walls, right? And there's people with weird looking scars, too... I'm not the only one who sees this... am I?

[The video screen turns on to a familiar, if still somewhat dented copper face, grinning brightly into the screen. He then steps off to the side, and sharply tugs another, slightly taller figure in, trying to position him directly in front of the screen]

C'mon, Spine! Ya gotta do it! Say hello ta everyone!

[Said slightly taller figure may just have an exasperated look on his face.]

Rabbit, I don't think--

[Oh. The feed is already active. Well, that's just... great. The Spine adjusts his tie and gives the screen his best 'no really all according to plan' smile.]

Ah... Hello! [Does he sound like he still thinks this is a bad idea? Yes. Yes he does.] My name is The Spine. Rabbit why're we doin' this.


[Because you gotta, that's why. Older brother says so. He just keeps grinning, knowing full well that The Spine would have to go along with it now that he was in front of the camera.]

[Rabbit leans in, resting one hand on The Spine's front, and the other on his shoulder]

[He glances around conspiratorially... Before slowly reaching up... And yanking off both hat and wig, shooting down the hall with a victorious whoop]

[He makes a grab for Rabbit's collar. Too slow. The feed gets a glimpse of an irritated profile. Then there's a blur of silver-and-black (was that an elbow?) and the receding sound of heavy footsteps gaining speed.]


[And woe upon anyone else in the Dormitory areas. All of them. Because there are now two stampeding robots charging up and down the hall, Rabbit occsionally trying to lose The Spine. He will eventually stop, sneaking up to another terminal, wig and hat still firmly in hand]

I have just become aware that the Tower is under siege from a massive flying sea beast. There is no way to do an official role call of the Tower's residents, so I would suggest that you check with your friends and allies to ensure that they are safe and unharmed.

Those able to fight shall meet on the 81st floor where we can group ourselves make preparations for battle. Bring whatever weapons or armor you may have at your disposal. Surplus is good.

Those who do not wish to fight or are not able to should gather in a place with decent provisions that will last them, preferably the kitchens on the first floor.

[Yukiko has seen the writing on the wall, and she feels like she has to say something about it. She thinks she's hit 'voice' on the terminal. But because the terminals themselves like to play tricks at the worst times, of course, it's coming up as video.

[She giggles, then, playing with a bit of her hair and smiling.]

[So there's been an unusual amount of activity in the tower lately, and Yata seems to have been affected by it. Unlike some situations in the tower, this one's fairly humorous. He hasn't used the network in a while, but he might be recognizable to a few.]

...When I first got here, people told me this tower was crazy. But seriously? Giant chickens attacking this tower? What the fuck? That sounds like some shit from a cheesy video game.

[Although he seems to be aware that the idea itself is ridiculous, he's totally convinced enough that it's true.]

Even though it's the stupidest fucking thing I've ever heard of, we can't have people attacking this tower because we still have to find a way back home, assuming our worlds weren't actually destroyed.

[Accelerator has been in his room since seeing a strange rumor regarding others suddenly being able to hear your thoughts. To Accelerator, this rumor is not only possible as far as he's concerned, but even substantiates the fact that this tower is similar to his home world- where strange powers (like mind reading) were taught. He has little to say, and gets straight to the point. ]

[Ordinarily, Accelerator wouldn't worry too much about strange powers considering his own power simplt reflected most of them off him, but he wasn't too sure about how strong his powers were here- or even if he still had them, as well as whether or not they'd be effective against these mind reading powers.]

It appears that someone was in my room last night. As to who it is, I do not know as I lack any evidence at present. However, I will just say one thing to the culprit out there - no one ever gets away trying to raid my trunk. [And he slams on the table to emphasize this.] Ever.
