Text A;

cut for courier )

Action B;
[A short boy in a rather dark outfit can be found wandering around the dormitory levels. It seems that he doesn't want to stray too far and chance getting lost or losing terminal access in case somebody answers his questions. He's clearly looking for something, pausing at every nook and cranny and looking behind every terminal he passes. Fortunately, he refrains from trying to barge into anybody's room. The search for his loving daughter salamander hasn't gotten quite that desperate yet.]

[Won't it be sad when he finally realizes she isn't here?]

[Feel free to bother him, it's not like he has anything that's actually important to do right now.]

Painwheel
31 July 2012 @ 07:52 pm
[Painwheel is not amused, to say the least. She guesses she's supposed to be grateful she was (apparently) rescued from the apocalypse, but she's really not. Her world being gone means she'll never have her chance at revenge, so really, right now she's more angry than anything.

Still, she knows she needs to learn more about this place. She might be here for a while, after all. With that in mind, she makes her way to one of the communication rooms after she's managed to calm down. It takes a while to get there, partly because she doesn't want to be seen if she can help it. She doesn't expect people's reactions to her appearance to be any different here than they were in her world, and that's something she really doesn't want to deal with right now.

Not wanting to deal with typing, she opts for voice instead. Once she's fairly sure she's got it working properly, she speaks. Her voice sounds really rough, like she's been screaming for a long time... which isn't entirely inaccurate.]

If anyone's actually out there listening to this... I want to know more about this place. I've read the letters, but that's not enough. Tell me everything you know.

[And that's the entirety of her message. She's not exactly the most talkative person ever.]

((Anyone who wants to have their character run into Painwheel while she's on her way to her destination, please feel free! Just because she tried her best to avoid being seen doesn't mean she went completely unnoticed.))

Wilhelm
31 July 2012 @ 08:48 pm
[ Guess who has already settled well into his apartment? Wilhelm has set himself up into a nice little corner, with a desk, a small phonograph playing some rather old music, and a strange, golden disc, complete with two rotating circles similar to a sextant, and a green, translucent cube made of energy. ]

What a fascinating world this is.

[ Wilhelm muses, though his face isn't quite in the camera; just the left half of his body, and the bottom part of his chin visible as he rests it in his palm. One of the circles of the Compass is rotating madly, while the other is only slowly turning. ]

The collective unconscious has become difficult to read. I find it difficult to believe that my world was destroyed, but the collective unconscious has never been this uncooperative before.

[ Despite the fact that he's been ripped out of his own world and into one entirely unfamiliar to him, he seems... calm. Perhaps even content. The truth is, he's feeling absolutely devastated right now, due to him knowing that somehow, he might have failed at his mission. Only one person here will be able to tell, though; and it's the only person here mentally connected to him that can tell his true emotions beneath the pokerface. ]

Might I ask what became of my own world? Or how it met its fate?

Reno

[View one worried Reno, though he tries to hide it, it's obvious with the way he's frowning.]

Has anyone collapsed or fallen asleep and won't wake up?

[Aleph gets straight to the point.]

Does anyone have any idea why so many people are unconscious? And does anyone know how to wake them?
