[ It's been kind of a rough day for Yukiko, but she's managed to put on a smile for the camera. Thankfully the terminal was easy enough for her to figure out, so here she is with as proper of a look as she can manage with a strange collar around her neck. The yellow liquid matches well with the colors on her uniform surprisingly enough, standing out against the black of her hair. ]

Um hello? [ Even if she has put on a strong facade, her meek demeanor slips out with a shaky start. ] I was told that looking for people was easier through this network, so I hope this message reaches the right people.

[ Erk! ] Even if not, I'd be happy to talk with anyone! Please. [ Admittedly, it's a lot to take in and by this point in the day, she's starting to feel more overwhelmed than anything. ]

My name is Yukiko Amagi and I'm a student from Yasogami High School. Is there anyone who's familiar with that here? [ Spoken with as much formality as can be expected from a newcomer. ]

I am Suzumiya Haruhi, the all-important brigade chief of the one and only SOS Brigade! Of course, the brigade is no longer of any use here, but nonetheless, it's a very important duty to be a brigade chief. After all, being on top of the pyramid makes me a pretty important person, don't you think?
